Overview

Flowely is a desktop application for NDIS invoice compliance checking. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect (very little) and how we handle it.

Data Storage

Flowely is a local-first, offline application. All data you enter — including participant details, NDIS numbers, invoices, and provider information — is stored exclusively on your computer in a local SQLite database file.

• No data is uploaded to any server or cloud service.
• No account or login is required to use the application.
• Your data remains entirely under your control.
• The database file is located in your Documents folder (~/Documents/Flowely/).

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personal information about you or your participants.
• We do not collect NDIS numbers, names, addresses, or any invoice data.
• We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or telemetry in the application.
• We do not have access to your local database.

What We May Collect

If you choose to subscribe to Flowely via our payment processor (Stripe), we collect:

• Your email address (for license delivery and support).
• Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

If you contact us via email, we retain your correspondence to provide support.

Software Updates

Flowely may check for application updates by contacting our update server. This request contains only your current app version and operating system — no personal data or database contents.

Third-Party Services

Data Backup & Portability

You can export a full backup of your database at any time from Settings. The backup is a standard SQLite file that you own and control. You can move it between computers, back it up to cloud storage, or delete it entirely.

Children's Privacy

Flowely is a professional tool for NDIS providers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
