By downloading, installing, or using Flowely ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Flowely is a desktop application that helps NDIS providers check invoice compliance against the NDIS Support Catalogue, manage participant information, track budgets, and generate invoice PDFs. The Software runs locally on your computer.
Upon subscribing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Flowely on your personal or business computers. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the Software.
All data you enter into Flowely — including participant details, invoices, and provider information — belongs to you. Flowely stores data locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. You are responsible for backing up your database.
Flowely is a reference and validation tool only. It is not a substitute for professional advice or official NDIS guidance. While we strive to keep the NDIS Support Catalogue data accurate and up-to-date:
The NDIS Support Catalogue is updated periodically by the NDIA (typically quarterly). We aim to update Flowely's catalogue data promptly, but there may be a delay between NDIA updates and our software updates. During this period, some price limits or support item codes may be outdated.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Flowely and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to financial losses from rejected invoices, incorrect validation results, or data loss.
Flowely is a desktop application that works offline. We do not guarantee continuous availability of update servers or payment processing services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers.
You may stop using Flowely at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the Software. We may terminate your license if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
