Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, subscribing to, or using Flowely, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Description of Service

Flowely is desktop software that helps NDIS providers check invoice compliance, manage participant details, track budgets, and prepare exports such as invoice PDFs and PACE-ready CSV files. The software is designed to run locally on your computer.

Subscription & Payment

  • Flowely is offered as a subscription at $15 AUD per month or $149 AUD per year.
  • A 7-day free trial is available. No credit card is required to begin the trial.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

Licence

When you subscribe, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Flowely for your own business or internal operational use.

  • You may not redistribute the software.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or modify the software except where Australian law requires otherwise.

Data Ownership

The data you enter into Flowely, including participant records, invoices, provider details, and local exports, belongs to you. Flowely stores working data locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of that data.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for backing up your local database and checking that the information you enter is correct before using it operationally.

NDIS Compliance Disclaimer

Flowely is a reference and validation tool. It is not legal, accounting, or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for official NDIA guidance.

  • Flowely is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NDIA or the NDIS.
  • Validation results are provided as operational guidance only.
  • You should still verify against official NDIS materials, including ndis.gov.au.
  • You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of your invoices and claims.

Catalogue Updates

The NDIS Support Catalogue may change over time. We aim to update Flowely promptly when catalogue data changes, but there may be delays between an NDIA update and a corresponding Flowely release.

During that period, some rates, support item codes, or validation assumptions may be temporarily out of date.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Flowely and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of the software, including rejected invoices, incorrect validation outcomes, service interruptions, or data loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded under law, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted.

Availability

Flowely is desktop software and can be used offline for core workflows. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability of update infrastructure, payment systems, or third-party services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Flowely after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Termination

You may stop using Flowely at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the software. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute relating to these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
